The AGM of the Wessex Area will be held at Awbridge Village Hall SO51 0HG (185/326329) on Saturday 5th April 2025, commencing at 3pm, signing in at 2.30pm. It will be followed by a members meeting.

The retiring officers are :- Mark Callow, Mike Goodall and Paul Toogood, all are willing to stand again. Peter Mullens is retiring from the committee and will not be standing again.

Nominations for the Committee signed by the proposer, seconder and nominee to be submitted to the Area Secretary before the commencement of the meeting.
