The Annual General Meeting and Members Meeting for 2024 was held on Saturday 20th April 2024 at Weyhill Fairground Hall, Weyhill, and was followed by a Members meeting.

Three retiring committee members (Stella Callow, Peter Mullens and Melanie Toogood) were re-elected to the committee for a further two years, while Richard Perry and Sarah Perry are both standing down from the committee after many years serving on the committee in a variety of roles.
