Thursday 23rd August 2012 5 nights Breamore August Bank Holiday We camp in the grounds of Breamore House, overlooking the Avon Valley on the edge of the New Forest, just north of Fordingbridge. They both start at 19:30 and will take place in Hulse Hall, which is about half a mile from the site. These are informal folk dance evenings, interspersed with song, poetry or music. You can bring your own refreshments, although tea and coffee are provided in the interval. Fordingbridge is 3 miles from the site and has many local shops including a Co-op.
The Bat and Ball Inn is half a mile from the site and serves traditional pub food.
There are also several restaurants and pubs in Fordingbridge (3 miles) and the surrounding area.
Wilts and Dorset bus Route X3 runs from outside the village hall (Hulse Hall) every 30 minutes, to Salisbury, Fordingbridge, Ringwood and Bournemouth.
